Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want our little readers to be happy with every book. Please read our refund and returns policy before placing an order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns that are soiled, damaged by use, or missing parts (such as sticker sheets). For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at eslatravelscollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a pre-paid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund including the original shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled without charge if canceled before they ship. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel; once an order ships, it must be returned under our returns policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
